Refund Policy

Consumer has to ensure that Transaction Reference Number has been generated and if the same has not been generated, she/he has to make the payment of bill afresh to avoid disconnection. Refund of the money due to above unsuccessful transaction, the consumer has to take up the matter with the respective issuer bank. We will not be responsible for such refund.


  • Failed payments
    If a payment fails, it may be automatically refunded to the customer's account. The refund may take up to a few business days to appear.

    Credit card refunds
  • If a refund is due after a credit card bill has been generated but before it's been paid, the refund amount will be included in the total due. If a refund is due for a payment that has already been made, the cardholder's consent is required to adjust the refund amount. If no response is received, the refund will be credited to the cardholder's bank account. 

    Merchant discretion
  • The merchant department may decide whether to issue a refund, and the method of payment used for the original transaction will be used to return the refund.

    Convenience fees
  • The payment gateway may or may not return any convenience fees paid by the customer.
