• You need to register a new account using the Referral Code to get Rs.50/- free referral cashback amount which can be used for the INSTANT HOME DELIVERY of Howrah-Kolkata section only.
• After that, Generate Your Own Referral Code from the available option and share your own referral code with your friends/family and ask them to register a new account using your referral code.
• After registering a new account using your referral code, immediately the registered friend details will show the REFERRAL DASHBOARD under the Earning Details tab with Rs.1/- pending amount. It means your friends/family succesfully used your referral code and you will be eligible for lifetime earning referral amount.
• Whenever your referred friends/family person placed an order, your earning amount will be displayed as pending. After the return period completion of your friend's order, your pending earning amount will be credited as CONFIRMED earning amount immediately.
• You can transfer your full earning amount to your UPI ID or you can withdraw it directly to your bank account as per your choice. Alternatively you can self generate Discount Shopping Voucher which will be applicable only in the All India Product Delivery section.

• If anybody forgot to apply for a Referral Code at the time of new a/c registration, then he/she will not be eligible for referral earning. Also we have no control on it to add refer code manually due to it being a completely automatic system. In this situation, you can request us to delete your existing account by creating support ticket with us and you can register new account again with same details.
• Same person don't create multiple account using different e-mail ID or different mobile number or different name to earn referral amount.

• If you have not found any referral code from anywhere, then you can check our Discussion Forum section to get the same.
• If your referred friends/family's order the return period over and your earning amount is not transferred from pending to confirmed, in that situation, kindly create a support ticket.
• If you are sure that friends used your referral code but still the friend's details are not reflected in your referral dashboard under the Earning Details tab, then create a support ticket with us.
