Storage and Uses

Palak:

  • We deliver palak leaves in the best hygienic packages which can be directly stored in the refrigerator. They keep well for up to 4 days.
  • Palaks can be eaten raw or cooked. Cooked palaks help in absorption of essential minerals in the body. They can be boiled and added to salads, pastas, soups or fried and used in dal and curries.

Ladies' Fingers:

  • Refrigerate them and do not wash them until they are ready to use.
  • Ladies' fingers are used in curries, sambhar and can be fried, stuffed and cooked.

Cucumber:

  • Wrap the cucumbers tightly in a plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator. It minimizes decay and keeps it fresh for a long time.
