About the Product

  • Freshly harvested from the Queen of Hill station - Ooty in Southern India, Fresho Chow Chow is light green coloured on the outside and white inside.
  • Chow Chow is usually lightly cooked to retain the crispy texture and the water content of the vegetable is very high.
