Those who love the pleasure of home-cooked desserts will enjoy ice cream made from Cookwell ice cream mix. Cook it well and top it with dry fruits and honey to treat yourself to some great dessert. It can also be enjoyed as any anytime dessert when you are craving ice cream. 

Ingredients

Powdered Sugar, Corn Strach, Dextrose, Tricalcium, Phosahate, Stabilizer (466), (412), (440), (415), (407) & (471).

How to Use

  • Take 500 ml milk (Full cream milk). In a deep bowl & boil until a thick layer of foam forms on it.
  • Add "Cookwell Icecream Mix" powder (full Packet) to the milk, Stirring continuously & boil for 2 to 3 Minutes.
  • Remove the mixer from heat & keep it to cool for 10 & 15 Minutes.
  • Pour the ice cream into a tray or bowl & keep it in the deep freezing compartment of the refrigerator, cover the tray or bowl with a lid.
  • After two hours remove the tray or bowl & beat the ice cream mix with a spoon or beater or in a mixer till smooth. put the ice cream mix in deep freezing comportment till it becomes firm.
  • Your Cookwell Ice Cream is ready to serve.
  • No need to add sugar. Consume the ice cream within 2 days. Show Less
