How to Use

1. Take 100 gm of Archita Shudhi Gulab Jamun Powder Mix in a bowl and add 40 ml of water to it. Mix and knead gently into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 5-10 mins. Mix the dough again for 1-2 mins. Grease your palm with oil/ghee and gently shape the dough into small balls. Make sure that the dough isn't too wet and the balls do not have any cracks.

2. Heat ghee/oil in a pan on a high flame. Once heated, lower the flame to a minimum. To check if the ghee/oil is heated properly, put a small ball into it. Deep fry the balls in oil/ghee over low to medium flame till it gets brown.

3. Soak the fried gulab jamun directly in warm sugar syrup (make sure the syrup isn't too hot). Let it rest for at least 40 mins so that the jamuns absorb the syrup properly.

4. Serve hot or cold. *For sugar syrup: Dissolve 200-300 gm of sugar in 180-200 ml of water in a pan. Boil it on a medium flame till it gets thick (make sure the syrup doesn't get too thick).
