Ragi is a natural source of calcium and rich in dietary fibre. It helps in slow absorption of sugar in the blood which helps diabetes and also a good diet for healthy weight loss. Ragi is rich in many other nutrients which makes it a suitable food for kids and also its calcium rich. Now, this natural Ragi is served in the form of vermicelli for making an easy, healthy and quick breakfast. 

Method 1: Sprinkle salt water in the required amount of vermicelli and mix well. steam in idly pan for 5 mins and then cook with chopped onion and chillies. 

Method 2: Add little oil in the kadai, splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onion and chilly and stir for 5 min, add vermicelli and sprinkle salt water to wet well the vermicelli and close with a lid and cook for 10 min until it gets soften and serve hot.
