How to Use

Bajra vermicelli cooking procedure:

  •  Dissolve the required amount of salt in water and sprinkle it over vermicelli and wet the vermicelli equally.
  • Steam the wet vermicelli in Idly pan for 7 min.
  • After steaming, take a pan and add little oil, fry required veggies, onion, green chilly and then add cooked vermicelli and mix well.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with chutney. 
  •  Add a little oil to the pan, once the oil is hot add chopped onion, green chilly, desired veggies and add vermicelli to the pan.
  • Sprinkle required salt and sprinkle 150 ml water and mix well.
  • Simmer the flame and leave it for around 7 min so that the vermicelli gets cooked and becomes soft.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
