How to Use

For one cup of GoodDiet Kodo Millet Idli mix, add one cup curd. Mix well. Rest for 10 mins.
Steam the batter in an Idli vessel for 10-12 mins.
Add a little Fresho Organic ghee on top. Serve hot. Makes approximately 10 - 12 idlies.
Enjoy with sambhar, chutney, and filter coffee.
