How to Use

It's as easy as 1,2,3 add 165g (2/3 cup) water to mix and whisk to form an aerated sponge batter until no lumps are left.
Scrape mixture down and whisk on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
Add 30g (2 tbsp) oil to batter slowly and whisk on slow speed for another minute.
Pour into an oiled baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 1800c for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
