Weikfield Pasta Elbow,400 g

1. Boil 1 l L of water

2. Add 1 tbsp of salt 3. Add 1 cup (100g) pasta and cook for 8-10 min till the pasta is cooked and slightly firm.

3. Strain the pasta in a strainer and rinse it with cold water

4. Leave the pasta in the strainer for a few minutes for the water to drain completely

5. Recommended: add 1-2 tsp of cooking oil/ olive oil over the cooked pasta to minimize it from sticking together

6. Toss gently 8. 100 g of uncooked pasta will make approximately 200g of cooked pasta.
