The sev puri set contains puri, sev, boiled potato flakes mix, sweet and sour chutney, chilli chutney and garlic chutney.

How to Use

1. Boiled mashed potato mix: Empty the contents of boiled potato flakes packet in a bowl then add 3/4 cup (125 ml) of warm water & knead it.

2. An excellent boiled potato mash is ready for you.

3. Sev puri recipe: Place puris in a plate, top the puris with boiled mashed potato mix & drizzle all 3 types of chutneys as desired, garnish with sev & consume immediately.

4. Our chef suggests: For extra taste add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves & squeeze a few drops of lime on the sev puri.

5. To make sev & puris extra crispy, microwave them separately on a high temperature for 45 seconds (timing may vary from microwave to microwave) or heat puris in an oven for 1 minute at 150-degree celsius (timing may vary from oven to oven). Let it cool for a few minutes.
