Just follow the simple steps to prepare and enjoy the tongue-tingling taste. Pani puri is also known as fuchka or gupchup or golgappa. They are hallowed round balls that are filled with flavoured water and filling. It has so many different textures and tastes that perfectly mingle in your mouth. The sev puri set contains puri, boondi, sweet and sour chutney and pani puri paste.

How to Use

1. To make puris extra crispy, microwave them on a high temperature for 45 seconds (timing may vary from microwave to microwave) or heat puris in the oven for 1 minute at 150 degree celsius (timing may vary from oven to oven). Let it cool for a few minutes.

2. Bundi: Soak bundi in water for 2-3 minutes & drain off excess water.

3. Panipuri paste (to make spicy pani puri water): dilute pani puri paste in 250 ml of chilled water (or dilute it to your taste) & mix well.

4. Spicy pani puri water is ready for you. Sweet & sour paste (to make sweet & sour chutney): Dilute sweet & sour paste in 180 ml of chilled water (or dilute it to your taste) & mix well. Sweet & sour chutney is ready for you.

5. To make pani puri : take a puri at a time, make a small hole in the centre & fill it with some soaked bundi, add some sweet & sour chutney & then spoon in some spicy pani puri water, consume & enjoy.
