Unifibe Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is 100% natural and is centrifuge extracted from fresh matured coconut milk. Our certified organic, cold pressed, unrefined VCO is rich in healthy medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs) that may have a positive impact on overall well-being if consumed in the appropriate quantities. Lauric Acid is one of the most abundant fatty acids found in our VCO and it is more easily converted to energy by the liver when compared to other LCFAs or long chain fatty acids. There are also other beneficial MCFAs present here such as caprylic acid, capric acid, palmitic acid and linoleic acid. It has a pleasant aroma and taste of coconut. It has medium smoking point.
