Add one measure of parata mix (400 g) to 1/4 measure water (180 ml).Make a soft dough without lumps and knead the dough for 5 min.Cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 min.Make small balls using dry flour flatten the balls and make parota.Place the parata on heated tava (flat pan), apply oil/ ghee on both sides and fry till it turns golden brownServe hot with curry/ bhaji
