Ingredients

Paste- Onion, Tomato, Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Ginger, Garlic, Spices And Condiments, Salt, Natural Vinegar, Anti-oxidant (Mixed Tocopherol).

Masala Mix- Chilly Powder, Cumin Powder, Meat Masala, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder.

Water, Coriander (20%), Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil (Coconut), Green Chilli, Spices and Condiments, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Tamarind, Lemon, Natural Vinegar

How to Use

Amritsari Mutton Curry:

  • Step 1: Empty the paste pack and mix with 750g of mutton in a pressure cooker. Add half cup water, cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Step 2: Add the masala mix to it and sauté for additional 4-5 minutes, then add 1 and 1/2 cups of water and pressure cook for 8-10 whistles. 
  • Step 3: Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and cook without lid on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Keep Stirring Finish it with a garnish of fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!

Goan Chicken Cafreal:

  • Step 1: Take 750g of boneless chicken. Wash it and rub it with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. 
  • Step 2: Empty out the Chicken Cafreal Paste in a pan. Add half a cup of water and cook it for 2 minutes. 
  • Step 3: Add the chicken, mix well, close the lid and cook for about 15 minutes on medium flame until the chicken becomes soft. Stir occasionally.
