About the Product

Sprouting enhances the nutritional value of the grain. Sprouted grain differs from whole grain in three fundamental aspects, a) Activates food enzymes b) Increases vitamin content, and c) Neutralizes anti-nutrients like phytic acid which blends up minerals preventing the ability to fully absorb them. The sprouting process increases the amount and bioavailability of some vitamins (notably vitamin C) and minerals, making sprouted grains a potential nutritional powerhouse.

How to Use

  • Mix: Take 2 tablespoons of Sri Aharya ragi flour in a bowl and add 150 ml of water.
  • Cook: Dissolve it without any lumps by stirring the mix thoroughly & cook for 3 minutes.
  • Serve: Once cooked, add the required hot milk & sugar/buttermilk & salt as per one's taste.
