Originating from regions of Northern Italy, this elbow-shaped pasta is widely used in classic Macaroni n Cheese. Due to having narrower ridges, the pasta holds lesser sauce as compared to its counterparts but due to its thicker texture, pairs well with creamy sauces. Made using 100% Durum Wheat flour, our range of pasta is made using a traditional bronze dye that gives an extra textured pasta allowing it to hold more sauce per bite. Our pasta has rich yellow colour as a result of the quality Durum Wheat we source from expert growers across the land.
