We serve what we would like to eat ourselves. Our nachos are made the authentic way from masa. We commit to the old-school method of using whole corn instead of corn flour for nutritional reasons. We refuse to use palm oil, we use corn oil only. We also roast our chips before we fry them: less oil and more crunch. Artificial colours and flavours are an obvious no. We even refrain from adding preservatives to increase the life of our nachos. Whole corn is sourced from the farmers. Corn oil from an oil mill. A little fun, a little laughter!
