The Seven Seas Silicone Chocolate Mould is made of superior Food grade silicone. This FDA approved product is flexible, non-stick, light in weight, easy to clean and store. It has resistance to heat and cold up to -40 degrees Celsius to 230 degrees Celsius. This silicone chocolate mould is microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer and dishwasher safe. To create chocolate moulds, place the silicone moulds on a baking tray and pour the melted chocolate into the moulds. For smooth chocolates, the moulds must be filled to the rim. If needed, smoothen the chocolate into small details using the tip of a toothpick.
