Being made of carbon steel, it heats rapidly. This makes the product perfect for baking. Do not use this baking pan over direct flame or stovetop. It is meant for oven use only. It is oven safe up to 550°F. In addition, do not use metal or sharp-edged ladles and spatulas to mix, stir or release food from bake pan. The product is not recommended for dishwasher use.
