How to Use

Apply Sesa Regain Ayurvedic Hair Growth Oil at an optimum temperature (Lukewarm in winters & at room temperature in summers) first to the head on the front part (4 fingers from the hair line) and then on the whole scalp.
Head Massage Gently Massage your head using the Sesa Udvartana Upakarnam (Massager) provided in the pack, in small circular motions in Anulom Gati (start from scalp & move in the direction of hair strands).
Massage for a duration of 5 to 7 minutes on all the vital marmas (pressure points). Leave overnight or for 2 hours before wash. For best results use the oil twice a week for 3 months at least.
