Bengal Gram Flour (68%), Sugar (24%), Iodized Salt, Acidity Regulator (INS330), Raising Agent (INS500(ii)), Turmeric Powder (INS100(ii)).
Kadhi Powder / Yellow Chutney: Sugar (42%), Bengal Gram Flour (40%), Iodized Salt (6.5%), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (6.2%), Mixed Spices (2%). Acidity Regulator (INS330), Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Compounded Asafetida Powder (Wheat Flour, Arabic Gum, Asafoetida).

How to Use

Nylon Khaman Recipe: 1. Add Khaman Mix into a bowl with 270 ml of water and stir well. Keep the mixture aside for 5 mins. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 60 ml of water and immediately add it to the above mixture. 2. Mix well and spread it onto 2 plates layered with oil. Steam for 20 mins. 3. Remove the plates and let them cool for 10 mins. Pour 100 ml of water on the plates and cut the Khaman into equal pieces.
For Tadka: 1. Take 75ml oil and add mustard seeds and green chilli. Add 225 ml of water to it and bring it to a boil. Once ready, pour equally on Khaman. To decorate, sprinkle green coriander and grated coconut. Serve hot with Satvam's Kadhi.
Kadhi Recipe: 1. Add 350 ml of water to Satvam Kadhi Powder. Stir well and make a mixture without lumps. Boil it for 5 mins. and serve with hot Khaman.
