Kadhi Powder / Yellow Chutney: Sugar (42%), Bengal Gram Flour (40%), Iodized Salt (6.5%), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (6.2%), Mixed Spices (2%). Acidity Regulator (INS330), Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Compounded Asafoetida Powder (Wheat Flour, Arabic Gum, Asafoetida).

How to Use

Methi Gota Recipe: 1. Add 320 ml water to Satvam Methi Gota Mix and stir well to make a batter of dropping consistency. Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins. 2. Heat oil in a kadai. Stir the batter properly. Deep fry Methi Gota in oil at a consistent temperature. 3. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot Methi Gota with Satvam’s Kadhi.

For Tadka: 1. Add 340 ml of water to Satvam Kadhi Powder. Stir well and make a mixture without lumps. Boil for 5 minutes. Serve with hot Satvam Methi Gota.
