How to Use

  • Khaman Recipe: 1. Add Khaman Mix into a bowl with 135 ml of water and stir well. Keep the mixture aside for 5 mins. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 60 ml of water and immediately add it to the above mixture. 2. Mix well and spread it onto 2 plates layered with oil. Steam for 20 mins. 3. Remove the plates and let it cool for 10 mins. Pour 50 ml of water on the plates and cut the Khaman into equal pieces.
  • For Tadka: 1. Take 35ml oil and add mustard seeds and green chilli. Add 110 ml of water to it and bring it to a boil. Once ready, pour equally on Khaman. To decorate, sprinkle green coriander and grated coconut. Serve hot with Satvam's Kadhi.
  • Kadhi Recipe: 1. Add 170 ml of water to Satvam Kadhi Powder. Stir well and make a mixture without lumps. Boil it for 5 mins. and serve with hot Khaman.
