Sakurafresh’s Matcha Bitters made from Japanese Premium Matcha grown in the highlands of Shizuoka prefecture in beautiful Japan. It highlights complex umami flavours, an earthy element and a retro hue to cocktails. Better than Bitters is world’s first non-alcoholic bitters which create a world of possibility for your beverages. Tasting Notes: Grassy creaminess, with notes of white flowers, and umami. Floral elements from citronella give a fresh burst of flavour. Minor notes of mist, vegetal and honey and maple give a boost to the flavour of highland grown Matcha.
