How to Use

SPICHI Khao Suey Paste 100 g Pouch

Take Pan, add oil & Saute' garlic on a low flame until its golden brown. Add 3 tbsp (1tbsp = 15g) SPICHI Khao Suey Paste & add 200ml Coconut milk. You can vary the quantity of coconut milk depending upon how thick you like your curry. Add blanched vegetables or marinated meats & add 1/4 tsp of salt, check to season & thicken to your desired consistency. Squeeze a lemon wedge on top & SERVE HOT! 


SPICHI Dry Chilli Garlic Condiment 100 g

Can be used as a dipping sauce or to Stir Fry any dish. For a dipping sauce, take a bowl and add 4 tbsp of Spichi Dry Chilli Garlic Condiment. Add 2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup & 2 tbsp Hot Water and your dip are ready! This is an all-purpose paste and can be directly used to stir fry noodles or rice or added to any dish to give another layer of spice and flavour


SPICHI Stir Fry Sauce 100 g

Fry up your favourite protein and freshly cut veggies. Add Spichi Stir Fry Sauce and allow it to bubble for a couple of minutes until cooked. This sauce can be used to stir fry any item you would like. It also goes great with noodles!


SPICHI Kung Pao Sauce 100 g
  • Take a pan and add 1 piece of dried red chilli chopped into half &garlic. Saute until the garlic is golden brown, add 3 tbsp (1tbsp = 15g) Spichi Kung Pao Saice and add 1/2 cup of water (100ml).
  • Add freshly cut onion, bell peppers & spring onions & protein/ cottage cheese/ tofu & season as per taste.
  • Once the gravy starts simmering, thicken with cornflour slurry and SERVE HOT!
