Spichi Hot Garlic Paste is a spicy aromatic paste concentrate made with red chillies, onions, garlic and other ingredients. 100g of Paste can make 400ml of sauce or gravy. This product is 100% Vegetarian It has a shelf life of 12 months and needs only to be stored in ambient temperature. How to Use

Take Pan, add oil & Saute' garlic on a low flame until its golden brown. Add 3 tablespoon (1 tablespoon = 15g) Spichi Hot Garlic Paste & add 3/4 cup water (150 ml). Add Freshly cut onion, bell peppers and spring onions along with protein/ cottage cheese/tofu and season as per taste. Once the gravy starts simmering thicken with cornflour slurry & Serve Hot!
