The Rolex Silicon material has been tested by USA FDA CFR 177.2600. The silicone moulds are heat resistant up to 230 degree celsius and are available in a plethora of designs. The silicone is a naturally non-stick material, and for oven-cooking they need neither pre-heating nor greasing. They can also be washed & cleaned effortlessly. The moulds are in a way, indestructible, baring cuts from other utensils and sharp objects, which need to be kept away from your moulds. Their flexibility and robustness also give to easy storage as they do not require much space.
