A new addition to the Ponti family, this light and delicate condiment is made using age-old craft techniques from blending the finest Ponti white wine vinegar with selected white perfumed and aromatic grape musts. This produces a sweeter and slightly less acidic finish. Use as you would regular, dark balsamic but as well as adding flavour and acidity white balsamic vinegar has the advantage of not discolouring food so it is particularly useful for dressing fish, chicken and other light coloured dishes.
