How to Use

On clean nails, apply one coat of the Plum Color Affair 3-in-1 Strengthener, Base & Top Coat. Allow it to air dry.
Follow with two coats of Plum Color Affair Nail Polish – All That Glitters Collection in the shade of your choice. Allow sufficient time for each coat to air-dry.
Sit back, relax and let your nails air-dry completely!
