Ingredients

Lemongrass, Kashmir Chilli, Red Chilli, Onion, Garlic Spices and condiments, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Water, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate ( E211).

How to Use

  • Fry the paste in little oil.
  • Add Choice of meat, fish &/or vegetables. Fry together for 5 minutes.
  • Add Coconut Milk and Cook.
  • For thicker Curry add Coconut cream.
  • Add salt to taste.
