About the Product

Nutrapoorna Muthiya Atta is made from premium quality grains sourced from preferred regions. The grains are hygienically cleaned in a series of machines & ground using the traditional stone-chakki grinding process to make atta with all the nutrients locked, which is then blended with premium quality masalas to give it the appetizing taste. It is then packed in hygienic conditions to ensure aroma and freshness remain intact.

Ingredients

Wheat, Rice, Chana, Jowari, Haldi, Chilli Powder, Salt & Hing. 

How to Use

COOKING METHOD-

  • Take 1 cup Nutrapoorna Muthiya Atta.
  • Add 1/2 cup shredded bottle gourd/doodhi
  • Add 1/4 cup oil and 2 Tbsp water if needed.
  • Make a soft dough and roll it into cylinder shapes.
  • Steam it for 12-15 mins and let it cool.
  • Cut it into pieces.
  • For seasoning heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil add rai, jeera, til, hing and muthiya pieces.
  • Cook on slow flame till the sides become brown.
  • Garnish with grated coconut and coriander.
  • Serve hot with Chutney or Sauce.
