Recipes: 

1] Mutton (cut into pieces)- 1 kg, 

2] Onion sliced-1 Cup, 

3] Garlic-5 pieces,

4] Green Chilli-3, 

5] Ginger-1Pieces, 

6] Tomato- 2, 

7] Curry Leaf-3 Stems, 

8] Oil - % cup, 

9] Nirapara Mutton Masala-4 tbsp. 

Method: 

• Add Nirapara Mutton Masala and coconut oil with the mutton pieces and mix well. 
• Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves in heated oil. 
• Add tomato pieces into it and saute again. 
• Add the mutton pieces into it and mix well. 
• When the masala is thoroughly mixed with the meat, add water and salt to taste and cook well.
