This authentic & unadulterated sulphur free Jaggery is a conventional form of whole cane sugar known as Natural Sweetener and a healthier alternative to refined Sugar because of its superior nutritional profile. Traditional Jaggery is unrefined and non-distilled. So, no chemicals are used in making it and all nutrients like Magnesium, Iron, Calcium and Phosphorus are retained.
