Moments Instant China Grass Badam pista is milk jelly made with nature identical and flavour badam pista which sets within a few minutes with or without refrigeration. China grass is a gelling agent which is mixed with milk to make sweet dishes. It is a vegetarian gelatinous substance that is extracted from seaweed. It can be added to desserts like mousses, jellies and even ice creams. It is colourless and odourless.

Sucrose, Vegetable Gelling Agent (INS 407), Stabilizer (INS 406), Almond Nuts, Pista Nuts, Permitted Anti-Caking Agent (INS 460), Contains: Permitted Synthetic Food Colour (Ins 102, Ins 122). Contains Added Nature Identical & Synthetic Flavour

How to Use

1. Boil 500ml of milk.

2. Add 100gm of Moments Instant China Grass to the boiling milk and stir vigorously till dissolved.

3. Pour the hot mix into a flat dish or small cups.

4. Moments China Grass sets within a few minutes with or without refrigeration.
