How to Use

Ready to drink - Shake and consume chilled or at room temperature.
Start when you notice the first signs of PMS, 2-5 days before periods and end at the end of the cycle.
Drink daily, one bottle a day, up to 2 bottles in case of severe PMS 3-5 bottles.
Make your own rules on when to drink during the day.
Consume ideally immediately or within 2 hours of opening.
