Ingredients

Millets, Cereals: 82% Ragi, Bajra, Corn, Jowar, Wheat, Red Rice, Barley Pulses: Fried Gram, Green Gram. Sago, Groundnut, Cardamom, Almonds, And Cashewnuts 100% Nature And Organic

How to Use

1. Take 3 tbsp (30g) of Manna Nutrition Mix and stir with 1 and 1/4 cups (300ml) of water or milk, so no pumps are formed.

2. Place on stove and bring to boil, stir continuously for 3 minutes to avoid lumps.

3. Add sugar or Honey and serve warm.

Variation: Cook with water and serve with thick buttermilk.
