A Rasam worth its name must necessarily be zinged up with selected aromatic spices like cumin, pepper, fenugreek, coriander, turmeric, dry red mild chillies & curry leaves roasted and blended into a fine fragrant Powder. We have thoughtfully added Tur Dal to our blend as a nourishing thickener for you to whip up a refreshing rasam much faster. Feel free to toss in anything else you like to suit your taste buds like chopped tomatoes, fresh coriander leaves, garlic etc.
