How to Use

Recipe Ingredients Marination: Fish - 450 to 500 g Licious Chatpata Fish Fry Masala - 1 sachet (25 g) Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons / 30 g Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon / 5 ml Rice Flour - 2 tablespoons / 20 g Salt to taste Cooking: Refined Oil - 2 tablespoons / 30 g Coriander - Handful / 5-8 g Chat Masala - to taste

Cooking Steps Prep:

1. In a bowl, add the ginger & garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, rice flour and the Licious Chatpata Fish Fry Masala.

2. Massage the fish with the above mix for 1-2 mins. Add water, if required, to coat with the marination evenly.

To cook:

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

2. Add the fish and sear on each side for 4 to 5 mins.

3. Cook on a medium flame until it turns golden brown & crisp.

4. Garnish with lemon juice, chopped coriander & chat masala.

Licious Tip Pat dry the fish pieces with a clean duster or paper napkin before applying the masala. This will make the spice stick to the fish.
