About the Product
Linguine, bavette and trenette. The origins of this pasta shape is Ligurian and it is typically served with pesto or fish sauces. Our new bronze version is pleasantly full-bodied, slightly thicker than the classic version and we like serving it with crispy ham and melon pearls.

How to Use
Step 1: Boil water in a large pot | Tip: 1 lt for each 100 g of pasta
Step 2: Add 1 tbsp. salt | Tip: 1 tablespoon of salt for each litre of water
Step 3: Bring water to boil over high heat. | Tip: to do it quicker cover the pot
Step 4: When water boils add pasta | Tip: around 70/80g per person
Step 5: Stir pasta often to avoid it sticking | Tip: use a wooden spoon
Step 6: Test the pasta cooking by tasting it.
Step 7: Drain the pasta "al dente"| Tip: each kind of pasta has a cooking time usually indicated on the package.
