About the Product

The use of potato is a relatively recent innovation. The potato dumplings are especially popular in Abruzzo, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Lazio. The best ones are made with red potatoes. 

Ingredients

Potato Puree 80% (Water, Potato Flakes [Potato Emulsifier: Mono- And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids; Stabilizer: Disodium Diphosphate; Antioxidant: Sodium Metabisulphite; Turmeric Extract), Wheat Flour, Potato Starch, Salt, Natural Flavourings, Dusting Of Rice Flour. Acidity Regulator: E270. Preservative: E200. May Contain SOY. It Contains Gluten And Sulphite. Pasteurized Product. 

How to Use

Step 1: Boil water in a large pot | Tip: 1 lt for each 100 g of pasta

Step 2: Add 1 tbsp. salt | Tip: 1 tablespoon of salt for each litre of water

Step 3: Bring water to boil over high heat. | Tip: to do it quicker cover the pot

Step 4: When water boils add gnocchi| Tip: around 70/80g per person

Step 5: Stir gnocchi often to avoid it sticking | Tip: use a wooden spoon

Step 6: Drain gnocchi when they come on the surface | Tip: Usually 2 minutes

Step 7: Sautè the gnocchi as desired

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated for max 3 days. Do not perforate the pack. To be consumed after cooking.
