How to Use

  1. 1/2 Cup (approx. 100g) Ketofy Keto Pancake Mix
  2. Chia or Flaxseed
  3. 2 Teaspoon (approximately 10g) Melted Butter
  4. Water to create the desired consistency of the batter
  • Place the Keto Pancake Mix In a large bowl. Make a well in the centre & pour the water, chia seeds & melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  • Whisk 1 tbsp (7 grams) of ground chia or flaxseed with 3 tbsp (45 grams) of water until fully absorbed and thickened.
  • Add water & seed mixture to make the batter reach the desired consistency. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
