Kerala Ayurveda Balarishta is a synergistic blend of neuroprotective and muscle-strengthening herbs like country mallow or Bala, Indian winter cherry or Aswagandha, Indian kudzu or Ksira vidari, Castor plant or Eranda, fire flame bush or Dhataki and jaggery. It helps relieve hypersensitivity and numbness and regulates the activity of joints and muscles.

Ingredients

Country Mallow Or Bala, Indian Winter Cherry Or Aswagandha, Indian Kudzu Or Ksira Vidari, Castor Plant Or Eranda, Fire Flame Bush Or Dhataki and Jaggery.

How to Use

Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food.
If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician.
For better results, use consistently for 2-3 months.
Seek a recommendation from an Ayurveda Doctor for long-term use.
The colour and consistency of the arishta may vary between batches because of the seasonal variation; however, efficacy remains the same.
Target Audience:- For all age groups.
If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with arishta and avoid taking it at night.
Arishta is not suitable for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
