How to Use

RECIPE: KBM MASALA RAITA

  • Whip 100 gm Curd and put it in a bowl.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of chopped Cucumber.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chopped Tomato.
  • Add 1 teaspoon KBM Raita Masala.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of chopped Onion.
  • Add 1⁄2 piece of Green Chilli finely chopped.
  • Add KBM Black Salt to taste.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of finely chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Add 4-5 Mint Leaves. Mix well with the help of a whisk.
  • Add KBM Salt to taste.
  • Serve chilled garnished with 1 Mint sprig.
  • Sprinkle some roasted crushed Cumin Seeds (Jeera).
