Ingredients

Lentil Flour, Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening, Salt, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid), Cumin Seed Powder, Permitted Antioxidant.

How to Use

Mix contents of this (200g) pack with 200 ml of water.
Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.
Deep fry the Vadas till crispy & golden brown.
Drain excess oil and soak in water for 10 minutes.
Gently press each Vada to drain off excess water & immerse in beaten yoghurt for 10 minutes.
Store in a clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture.
