About the Product

Prawns Gassi is made with combining Prawns with savoury coconut curry. A savoury robust taste of Mangalorean Gassi with tender prawns. Prawns are a great source of high-quality protein and it also provides some of the most important vitamins and minerals that makes up a healthy diet.

Ingredients

Water (43%), Raw Prawns (17%), Onion (14%), Refined Sunflower Oil (5%), Coconut Milk Powder, Ginger, Red Chili, Desiccated Coconut, Garlic, Seasoning, Tamarind, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Binder (INS1422), Curry Leaves, Fenugreek Seeds, Thickener (INS412), Black Pepper, Spices, Flavouring agent (INS469), Anticaking agent (INS339(iii), INS551).

How to Use

GAS: Remove the pack from freezer. Peel off the plastic film. Add the contents of the tray in a cooking pan or pot, while placing the gravy in the bottom & Prawns on the surface. Heat for 9 minutes on a medium heat by covering the pan/pot & stir occasionally. Ensure that the Prawns are fully cooked. Serve piping hot with naan bread or rice. 

Microwave: Remove the pack from freezer. Peel off the plastic film. Heat for 4 minutes on high heat , stir well & again heat on high for 5 minutes. Ensure that the shrimps are fully cooked. Stir again. Serve piping hot with naan bread or rice.
