About the Product

Favo vermicelli is a type of vermicelli made from semolina flour. It is also known as seviyan or semiya. It is used in many Indian dishes such as Vermicelli Sooji Bhath/Semiya Rava Kichadi which is a combination of both Vermicelli and Sooji along with vegetables. Perfect for various culinary creations, from savory dishes to sweet desserts, it adds a delicious twist to your recipes with its wholesome and easy-to-cook nature.

How to Use

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan & add almonds & sauté it for a minute.
  2. Keep the gas on a medium flame and add the vermicelli.
  3. Sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes until it develops some colour.
  4. Add milk to it & cook it on a medium flame for about 5 minutes until it comes to rice boil.
  5. Now add Cardamom Powders, saffron strands, and sugar and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame as till the Rice Vermicelli is cooked.
  6. Favo Rice Vermicelli is now ready.
  7. Before serving it, garnish it with some more almonds and saffron strands.
