How to Use

  • For Weight Management – Add one tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar in water or fresh fruits/vegetable juice. Sip before a meal.
  • For Immunity Boost – Replace the lemon juice in your tea with a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar. Garnish your salads with a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar, a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil & a pinch of salt.
  • For Healthy Heart Management – Mix one tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar with one glass of water. Sip early in the morning on an empty stomach which helps manage cholesterol levels.
  • For Face – In a bowl of water, add two drops of ACV to create a diluted solution. Add a drop of lavender essential oil to the solution.
