How to Use

  • For Weight Management – Add one tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar in water or fresh fruits/vegetable juice. Sip before a meal.
  • For Immunity Boost – Replace the lemon juice in your tea with a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar. Garnish your salads with a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar, a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil & a pinch of salt.
  • For Healthy Heart Management – Mix one tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar with one glass of water. Sip early in the morning on an empty stomach which helps manage cholesterol levels.
  • For Face – In a bowl of water, add two drops of ACV to create a diluted solution. Add a drop of lavender essential oil to the solution. Dip a clean cotton swab into the bowl and gently apply the solution to affected areas on your skin like acne or spots. After 5 minutes, rinse with water.
  • For Skin – In a glass of warm water, add two tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar. To make the sour vinegar drinkable, add a drop of honey & stir it well.  Consume this drink daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • For Hair – Mix a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water. After shampooing and conditioning, pour the mixture over your hair evenly, working into your scalp. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Rinse it out.
